Notice of changes to the president and executive officers

We would like to inform you that at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on March 14, 2025, we resolved to make the following changes to our executive officers. President and CEO: Yoji Jokura Director: Takahiro Ishihara (newly appointed) Outside Director: Tadashi Takiguchi Waki, who has led our company's management as co-representative since 2022, has retired and Ishihara has been appointed as a director. Jokura will continue to lead management together with Ishihara as Representative Director and President.
